So A/W15 is finally here, and one of the best things about the new season is getting access to some amazing campaigns showcasing the best of what brands have to offer. Karen Millen have gone above and beyond with their new campaign and we love it!
Their ’12 Portraits’ campaign was shot by Yelena Yemchuk and features 12 compelling portraits of three real women. Highlighting the main themes of the new collection ‘Desirability. Confidence. Ease,’ KM CCO, Gemma Metheringham explains that ‘this season we look at one unifying collection that encapsulates the moods of the moment’.
So who are these real women who sum up Karen Millen this season?
First up is the always stunning Jamie Bochert, the uber cool model/musician and all round androgynous super babe. Then there is Rosie Lowe, provider of the soundtrack for the campaign’s accompanying video (below) and one to watch when her debut album is released in 2016 and finally Quentin Jones photographer/illustrator/artist/filmmaker and all round creative who is desired by top fashion houses and collaborates with the who’s who of the fashion scene. These are all women who are independent, successful and stunning, which pretty much sums up our thoughts about Karen Millen and the new collection!
