YOU’VE FOUND IT!   FABULOUS FASHION FOR WOMEN OVER 50

Style Advice & Blog

We’ve really fallen for these gorgeous Spring pieces…

Valentine’s Day makes February the month of love and we have fallen hard for the new Trilogy SS 18 collection.

Trilogy’s Spring colour palette is simply adorable, and we love the easy-breezy style of all the pieces, all perfect for every bit of our lives, from work to weekends, and all the bits in between.

We love a little colour-blocking in the SoSensational office, and this pleated midi skirt in soft green is the perfect spring standout piece that can be easily styled up or dialled down. Wear with this tropical print sweater and add nude pumps for a chic look that will take you easily from the office to drinks.

Weekends are made for lazy-day outfits. This ensemble, in gorgeous, fresh spring colours, ticks all the boxes. The boyfriend jeans are going to be our new Spring/Summer go-to especially as the vintage-wash means that they work with pretty much everything in our wardrobe. And the cut means that they look great with flats and heels. Style with this pretty, short-sleeved cashmere knit in soft blue, one of the key colours in the new-season palette.

Sometimes we need to add a little ‘chic’ to our wardrobe, and this look achieves just that while avoiding looking overly classic. A mid-rise skinny is a must for any season and, with their clever cuts, J Brand never fails to deliver. Team these genius jeans with this oh-so-chic tweed jacket and pretty rose-print shirt for a look that will score you big style points whether you wear it for work, for dinner out, or just for a flat-white with friends.

Pink is always so flattering and is a very on-trend colour yet again this season so we think this relaxed look is just what every spring wardrobe needs. The playful, star-print shirt is a great everyday piece. Add these gently faded cigarette-leg jeans, and finish with an easy-going boyfriend coat in pink to create a relaxed look that ensures you are ready for Spring.

Is your Spring wardrobe up to scratch? Or are you looking to do a little updating?

So what do you think?
