Basic Ingredients:
50g popping corn
1 heaped tbsp coconut oil
Additional Flavour Combinations:
Garlic and paprika
Horserashish
Sage and dairy-free margarine
Tumeric and garam masala
Himalayan crystal salt and chives
Nori seaweed
Thai 5-spice
Black pepper and rosemary
Dijon mustard and dairy-free margarine
Sesame seeds (black and white) and sesame oil
Method:
1. Place 1 heaped tbsp coconut oil in a medium size pan with 1 handful of popping corn.
2. Pop the corn on medium heat, shaking the pan often so it doesn’t burn on the bottom.
3. Pour popped corn into a large bowl.
4. Sprinkle on the flavour combination of your choice.
