These canapés are quite quick to make, and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
- Crackers
- Ripe avocado
- Smoked salmon
- Red onion, sliced very fine
- Coriander leaves
- Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
- Black pepper
Method
- Use any cracker that stays firm once topping is added
- Smash a little avocado and spread on cracker
- Add a little smoked salmon on one side of cracker
- Place a coriander leave and a little sliced red onion on the other side
- Top with a swirl of Japanese Kewpie mayo
- Add a sprinkling of black pepper
Do make plenty, as they will be eaten up in no time.
